BYG4lab® strengthens its product offering and international presence with the acquisition of Finbiosoft

 

BYG4lab®, global leader in data management solutions for medical laboratories, is pleased to announce the signing of an exclusivity agreement to acquire the Finnish company Finbiosoft, an editor of software solutions for medical laboratories.

 

Founded in 2011, Finbiosoft offers a suite of software to improve and simplify laboratory quality processes, including the solution Validation Manager, dedicated to method validation and verification.

Based in Helsinki, the company has a worldwide presence, with direct customers and distributors in 16 European countries and the USA.

Finbiosoft perfectly complements BYG4lab®’s offering, enabling access to extensive cross-selling opportunities. Additionally, this transaction also extends BYG4lab®’s reach into new markets, leveraging Finbiosoft’s established international client network.
